We deliver everywhere in Canada with the Canada Post Xpresspost™ service. Deliveries only use ground shipping services. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Charges:
Delivery charges are based on destination, weight and size of the product purchased. Charges include delivery and handling and may vary without warning. Additional charges may apply for delivery to rural areas with a zero in their postal code. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable unless there is an error on our part in the delivery.
Delivery timescales:
Delivery timescales for your order will vary according to the type of delivery selected and the destination. The approximate delivery time is 2-5 working days. Zone-Image will make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee that there will be no delay and we accept no liability for delays in delivery caused by Canada Post or ground courier services.
Destinations:
Zone-Image.ca accepts Sears MasterCard, the Sears Card, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept debit cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery for online orders.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or that is faulty when you use it, you should inform the store from whom you purchased the item within 10 days of receiving it. We can then exchange or refund the item.
Important note: We cannot guarantee availability at the time of purchase or for future purchases. If the item is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you as quickly as possible to inform, refund or provide you with a new delivery time.
